  • Do you offer custom design options?
    Yes! Visit the Quote page on our main menu to receive more information.
  • What design services do you offer?
    Screenprinting, embroidery, laser engraving, promotional products, and more.
  • Is there a minimum amount required to place a custom order?
    No. However, the more you order, the cheaper the item is.
  • Are there any fees or limitations with your embroidery service?
    There is a 1 time digitizing fee, which starts at $12.00 and, depending on the detail and size of your logo, can go up to $85.00. The garment must be able to fit the hoop and remain hooped during sewing. *Your personal items may be brought in to be embroidered. However, please know that there is a possibility of something unexpected happening, such as a needle breaking or the garment coming unhooped.
  • Do you have an art fee?
    No, as long as you keep your printing with us. If you ask for your art to be sent to you there will be a $25.00 fee.
  • What file format do you need for custom services?
    Vector files are best ( .AI .EPS .PDF). If you don't have vector files, then high quality .PNG files work as well. If you have a specific font that you use please include that in your information.
  • What is your turnaround time?
    Depending on the item, typically 1.5 weeks.
